The CEC team is excited to we will be performing the construction material testing during the construction of the new ShopKo Hometown Store in Chamberlain, SD. Construction is planned to start November 2015. A large retailer recently closed its doors in the community forcing many locals to shop out of town. ShopKo is the perfect fit as a store with a wide variety of merchandise to bring shoppers back into Chamberlain.
